Marvellous Melbourne

I was in Melbourne last week, and all I can say is that it really lives up to the catch phrase 'Marvellous Melbourne' which was coined together sometime during the colonial era. I think Melbourne is one city I can't get tired of. Unlike other cities which are all concrete and stone, there's just this sense of history and culture to Melbourne. The old Victorian-era architecture (which I absolutely love) just gives Melbourne some kind of "soul". I didn't visit places like the 12 Apostles along the Great Ocean Road, watch the Penguin Parade or do skiing on the mountains because I was constrained by a tight budget. But all in all, I still enjoyed my trip there.
