Chef Dan!
I was in a mood for cooking a nice meal...so I decided to go Western today...
Menu for dinner: Chicken, marinated with basil, salt, and pepper, fried in batter, topped with creamy Morroccon sauce. Another piece of chicken, also fried in batter, but topped with a slice of cheese and also some creamy Moroccon sauce. Side dishes include home-made mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Dessert was rasberry ice cream with Cheerios...haha... funky eh? But it's nice!!!
